4. Quotes, Proposals & Project Acceptance
Any quotation, proposal, estimate, or pricing information provided by Times IT is offered based on the information available at the time it is prepared.
A project is considered accepted only after:
- Both parties agree on the project scope and deliverables.
- The applicable payment requirements have been satisfied, where required.
- Times IT confirms the commencement of the project.
If the project scope changes after work has begun, additional costs, revised timelines, or updated deliverables may apply. Any such changes will be discussed with the client before implementation whenever reasonably possible.
5. Payments & Billing
Project pricing, payment schedules, and billing terms vary depending on the nature, scope, and complexity of each project.
The applicable payment terms will be specified in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement provided by Times IT.
Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule. Delayed payments may result in project delays, temporary suspension of work, or other appropriate actions until outstanding balances are resolved.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all applicable taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees, and transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
Times IT reserves the right to suspend or withhold the delivery of project materials where payments remain outstanding, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Times IT Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Where a separate Refund Policy applies, it will govern refund eligibility, review procedures, applicable conditions, and any limitations.
Clients are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before purchasing any service.
Client Responsibilities
To help ensure a successful project, clients are expected to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and reasonable cooperation throughout the engagement.
By working with Times IT, you agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate project requirements.
- Supply all necessary content, images, branding assets, login credentials, or other materials required to complete the project.
- Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
- Respond to requests for information that may affect project progress.

Project Timelines and Delays
Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the proposal.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, project timelines are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.
Project schedules may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:
- Delayed client feedback or approvals.
- Changes to the project scope.
- Late delivery of required content or assets.
- Technical issues outside our reasonable control.
- Third-party platform delays or service interruptions.
- Force majeure events.
If a project is delayed due to the client’s actions or inaction, Times IT reserves the right to revise the delivery schedule accordingly.
Whenever reasonably possible, we will keep clients informed of significant changes that may affect project completion.
Revisions and Change Requests
Unless otherwise specified in a proposal or written agreement, revision requests are limited to the scope originally agreed upon.
A revision is intended to refine existing work and does not include new features, additional pages, significant design changes, or expanded project requirements.
Requests that materially change the original scope of work may be treated as a new project or billed as additional work.
Times IT will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests, but revised pricing and delivery timelines may apply.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of the final project deliverables transfers to the client only after Times IT has received full payment for the project.
Until full payment has been received, all project materials, designs, source files, concepts, documents, and related work remain the property of Times IT unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After full payment:
- The client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for their project.
- Times IT retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, internal processes, methodologies, proprietary tools, templates, reusable code libraries, frameworks, and general know-how.
- Any third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, APIs, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms and ownership rights.
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Times IT may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, presentations, or marketing materials solely for the purpose of showcasing its services.
